Chances are that farmer had a pretty good crop because he was following an almanac that listed signs for good and bad planting days. We call that gardening by the moon.

Gardening by the moon just makes sense! I have to tell you that I’m switching to container gardening almost exclusively. I love their ease and weeding is a thing of the past!
